Balancing Mind and Body
The 4 Cs of Mental Toughness was initially developed by the psychologist Peter Clough. In his book, Developing Mental Toughness he describes the "four important traits of mental toughness."
The 4 C's are: Confidence, Challenge, Control and Commitment. We all possess these traits, sometimes they need cultivating.
The 5 Hindrances -from the Buddhist Tradition- are what stand between you and your best version, your
Warrior Self.
The 5 Hindrances are Desire, Ill Will, Sloth, Worry and Doubt.
We at Making Mindful Moves will work with you to overcome these Hindrances so that you can become that version of you that you were destined to be.
